Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ks303 ("ks303", "we", "us", "our"). In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 To register an Account on ks303 and access any real-money gaming service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
2.2 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.1 and that all information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and complete. You undertake to notify ks303 immediately if any eligibility criterion ceases to be satisfied.
2.3 ks303 reserves the right to require verification of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by ks303 may result in Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any Bonus Balance.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each Player is entitled to hold one (1) ks303 Account only. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single Player is strictly prohibited. Where ks303 identifies that a Player holds or has held more than one Account, ks303 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all wagers placed through those Accounts, and forfeit any associated balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Using false, misleading, or third-party personal information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.3 Username and Password. You are responsible for choosing a secure password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your ks303 login credentials. ks303 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the official login screen. You must notify ks303 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.
3.4 Account Currency. All ks303 Accounts operate in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No other currency is accepted for deposit, wagering, or withdrawal. There are no currency conversion fees applied by ks303.
3.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account — whether with or without your consent — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in Account suspension.
4.1 ks303 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — may also be triggered at any time ks303 deems it necessary, including but not limited to large deposits, large withdrawals, or any activity that appears unusual.
4.2 Documents Required. ks303 may request one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:
4.3 Processing Time. ks303 aims to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
4.4 Failure to Verify. If a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of a request, ks303 reserves the right to suspend the Account and freeze any balance pending resolution. Accounts that cannot be verified will be closed and any Real Money Balance returned to the original deposit source, subject to anti-money-laundering compliance requirements.
5.1 ks303 accepts deposits via the following IDR payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment channels may vary from time to time; the current list of supported methods is always displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by ks303, though individual payment channels may apply their own transaction limits.
5.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your ks303 Account within 1–5 minutes. During periods of high network load or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take up to 60 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited after 60 minutes, contact ks303 support via live chat with your transfer receipt.
5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether from family members, friends, or business associates — are prohibited. Any such deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
5.5 No Deposit Fees. ks303 does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fees, for which ks303 accepts no liability.
5.6 Deposits for Gaming Purposes Only. Funds deposited into a ks303 Account are for wagering purposes only. ks303 Accounts are not savings accounts or e-money wallets and should not be used as a means of holding, storing, or transferring funds for non-gaming purposes.
6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be requested from your Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied in accordance with Clause 7.
6.2 KYC Prerequisite. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC process described in Clause 4. ks303 will not release funds to an unverified Account.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing Time. ks303 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–24 hours (WIB) to the Player's verified IDR bank account or e-wallet. ks303 does not charge any withdrawal processing fee.
6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. Where reasonably practicable, ks303 will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not negotiable. ks303 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal to a payment method not previously used for a deposit.
6.6 Withdrawal Delays. ks303 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal request for up to 72 hours for security review purposes, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than the Player's typical transaction history or where KYC verification is pending. The Player will be notified if a review delay is applied.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. ks303 offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus requires total wagering of Rp 3.000.000 before the resulting balance is withdrawable.
7.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion. As a general guide: live casino and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire seven (7) days after the bonus is credited to the Player's Account. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Balance and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. ks303 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once; wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes to meet Wagering Requirements; coordinated wagering between related Accounts; and any other strategy that ks303 determines is designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine recreational gaming. Where bonus abuse is detected, ks303 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel all pending withdrawals, and close the Account.
7.6 Bonus Opt-Out. Players who do not wish to receive bonuses may contact ks303 support to opt out of all promotional offers. Once the opt-out preference is registered, no further bonuses will be credited automatically.
8.1 All games available on ks303 are supplied by licensed, internationally certified software studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of real cards, wheels, or tiles streamed in real time.

8.3 Malfunctions. Where a malfunction voids a round in which the Player has placed a real-money wager, the wagered amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
8.4 Disconnections. ks303 is not liable for losses arising from internet connection interruptions on the Player's side. Where a live dealer game round cannot be completed due to a disconnection, the outcome determined by the game server at the time of disconnection will be the final result.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ks303 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
9.2 ks303 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, void all wagers placed through that Account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable.
10.1 ks303 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. The Platform is intended for recreational entertainment only and is not a suitable vehicle for generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
10.2 Age Restriction. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. ks303 uses KYC procedures to verify the age of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. Any Player found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately closed.

11.1 ks303 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 ks303 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory authorities where required by law or where necessary to provide the services described in these Terms & Conditions.
11.3 ks303 stores all Player data on servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Access to Player data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
12.1 All content on the ks303 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ks303 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; use any Platform content for commercial purposes; or use any automated means to access, scrape, or index any portion of the Platform.
12.3 The ks303 name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of ks303. Unauthorised use of any ks303 trade mark is strictly prohibited.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ks303, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruption; computer damage or system failure; or the cost of substitute services.
13.2 ks303's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 ks303 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ks303 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for periods of downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, infrastructure failure, cyberattack, or circumstances beyond ks303's reasonable control.
13.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge and accept that gambling inherently involves financial risk, that the house edge means that the Platform is statistically profitable for ks303 over time, and that there is no wagering strategy that can guarantee a profit. ks303 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform.
14.1 Termination by the Player. You may close your ks303 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of Account closure will be returned to your nominated IDR payment account within 1–5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no bonus-related restrictions apply.
14.2 Suspension or Termination by ks303. ks303 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
14.3 Where an Account is terminated due to a breach by the Player, any Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation concludes that the funds are the proceeds of fraud or bonus abuse.
15.1 ks303 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where the amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, ks303 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by publishing the updated terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players by email.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.
15.3 The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which these Terms & Conditions were most recently updated. We recommend that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ks303 holds its international gaming licence.
16.2 Player's Legal Responsibility. ks303 operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform. Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions, including Indonesia. 16.3 Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral body specified in ks303's gaming licence conditions.
